The villa is set on two levels, recently built and tastefully furnished. We find it in a residential neighborhood on a hilly lot which can be only accessed through an electric gate.

The living area is located in the top level which is accessed via stairs that connect the villa to the parking area. We find here a large living room with sitting corner and fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom and a courtyard. All rooms open onto covered terraces with a beautiful sea view.

The sleeping area is located in the lower floor which can be accessed via internal and external stairs. We find here three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin with bunk beds) and two bathrooms. All the bedrooms have a stunning sea view.

The garden area is connected to the villa by stairs and walkways. In the middle there is a beautiful swimming pool on a terrace with unparalled sea views.
