Il Borgo is a recently-built residence made in typical Gallura region style. Porto San Paolo is a nice beach resort close to Olbia with shops, cafes, and restaurants. The residence overlooks the island of Tavolara, part of a protected area declared a world heritage site by UNESCO. Tavolara can be reached by a short ferry trip from the tourist port, which is very close to the apartments.

Small buildings divided into apartments are connected by pedestrian paths and surrounded by nice gardens. Building materials such as stone, wrought iron and wood beams recall the local style. In the village center, there is a private pool (exclusively for the "VIP" apartments).

Roomy, well-kept apartments are great places for a vacation. Standard amenities include washing machine, TV, roofed veranda with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom with shower. "VIP" apartments have also a shared pool equipped with sunbeds and beach umbrellas.  Some accommodations are built in accordance with European law for disabilities.

Apartments are available in the following types
BILO (Two rooms, sleeps 4): living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom.
TRILO (Three rooms, sleeps 6): living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms. The superior ones have a second bathroom.

Reception office, restaurant, bar, supermarket, parking area, transfer from Olbia on request, car and scooter rental.

Pool equipped with sunchairs, beach umbrellas, and lifeguard (only for VIP apartments).

Windsurfing, sailing, diving, snorkeling.

300-700 meters (depending on the position of each apartment).

Shops, restaurants, bars, scooter and bike rental are all nearby.

Small pets are welcome (except in common areas). A supplement for the final cleaning service will be applied.

Rates are inclusive of final cleaning, water, gas, energy consumption. 

Arrivals: Saturday from 17:00 to 20:00 (please inform us in advance in case of late arrivals)
Departures: Saturday from 08:00 to 10:00

MANDATORY EXTRA CHARGES ON ARRIVAL
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT Euro 200,00.

OPTIONAL CHARGES (please advise at time of booking)
LINEN RENTAL Towels Euro 15,00 per person per week (weekly changed); Bed linen Euro 10,00 per person per week (changed weekly).
CLUB CARD Euro 50,00 per apartment per stay. It includes a bathroom welcome kit (shampoo, toilet paper, bubble bath, body cream), a beach set (2 beach towels and a small backpack as a free gift), a kitchen linen set (table cloth, table napkins), Sardinian sweets and an extra cleaning per stay.
