Le Terrazze is a nice semi-detached villa with private garden on three sides and a wonderful view of island Tavolara. We find it nearby the hotel Don Diego, a short distance from Olbia and Porto San Paolo which provides all the main services.

The complex on which it stands consists of a few private villas well spaced apart and immersed in the Mediterranean maquis. This gives to each villa an uncommon privacy.

THE VILLA

It has a main unit and a underlying annex.

We find in the main unit a living room, a dining room, a kitchenette, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one is ensuite), a terrace with barbecue, a roofed veranda, a solarium, a laundry room.

The annex has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It has also an independent entrance and overlooks a small terrace.
