Villa delle Api is a countryside stunning property managed directly by us close to Porto Cervo and Baia Sardinia, not far from gorgeous beaches. It's the ideal place for a relaxing vacation in nature, with all the modern comforts. The villa is recent, furnished with attention to detail, and has a secluded location far away from prying eyes. Some impressive features of this property are a large pool area with jacuzzi, a lookout point with breathtaking sea and country views, a stunning private park which will let you experience how pleasant alfresco life in Sardinia can be.
INDOORS Villa delle Api is set on two levels. The main level has a master bedroom with ensuite (shower and bathtub), two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (shower), a large living room with dining and sitting areas, a fully equipped kitchenette. On the lower level there is a wide entertainment area with heated pool table which can be converted in a dining table, a built-in kitchen with pizza oven, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (shower), and a laundry room with washing machine.
OUTDOORS The property has two large roofed terraces useful for relaxing moments or alfresco dining, a great surrounding lawned garden, a private park with Mediterranean vegetation and nice gazebo, a large free-form style pool equipped with whirlpool section, separated jacuzzi, infrared sauna, a very special built-in barbecue, and a suggestive lookout point. The lawned garden is also equpped with an outdoor hi-fi system and the music may be listened underwater in the pool.
