The property has three villas about 140 meters from a gorgeous beach.
CASA PADRONALE: the biggest one and suitable for 6 people.
CASA TERRAZZA: medium-sized with a gorgeous panoramic terrace, it's suitable for 4 people.
CASA IN PIETRA: with its nice coverings in stone, it's the smallest one but suitable for a comfortable stay for a couple with two children.

INDOORS

All the villas are furnished with class, comfortably equipped and perfect for a pleasant and private vacation.
CASA PADRONALE (105 square meters) has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, another double bedroom and a children's bedroom with a single bed, a pull-out bed, and a low loft. This nice house also has another bathroom with shower, a large living room with panoramic glass doors, and a dining room with kitchenette.
CASA TERRAZZA (70 square meters) has a living room-dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower (one of them is ensuite).
CASA IN PIETRA (60 square meters) has a living-dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a children's bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower.

OUTDOORS

They share the entrance, a wide garden, and roofed parking (only one car per villa).
CASA PADRONALE has a private garden in the rear with a wide barbecue area (30 square meters) equipped with table and masonry benches.
CASA TERRAZZA has a nice terrace with a view on Cala di Volpe, Porto Rotondo, and Mortorio island.
CASA IN PIETRA has a small roofed patio with garden furniture and a small barbecue.
