THE VILLA

It is spacious, in a typical colonial style of the early twentieth century. Its surface of 170 square meters house 4 bedrooms (one double and three twins), two bathrooms with shower (one also has a washing machine while the other has a very old boiler still running), a kitchen with table and chairs for eight people with a very ancient wood oven, a wide living room (33 square meters) with direct access to a nice porch, a pantry equipped to host weekly supplies of food and beverages.

OUTDOORS

A beautiful terrace of 80 square meters is equipped with sofas and chairs and lets you enjoy spectacular views across the bay. A fascinating lookout dominates from above northern Sardinia and the Protected Marine of the Strait of Bonifacio. A nice porch is ideal for dining alfresco and can accommodate up to 15 people. A private pink sandy beach with private pier is perfect to enjoy our gorgeous sea. A built-in barbecue is always stocked with a supply of firewood.

SCENERY

Villa Martin Pescatore is surrounded by a natural park of 12 hectares with scenic walkways. In several places there are benches and tables made of granite in neoclassical style for a pleasant break in nature.

Electricity is supplied by a generator. Among the amenities we find: washing machine, satellite TV, kitchen with wood oven, hob, and dishwasher, built-in barbecue, rooftop terrace, private beach, private pier.

LIFESTYLE

A sober lifestyle and a certain adaptability are required as we don't find in the island any kind of shop or service. We also require to plan carefully your vacation in order to customize our services such as transfer by boat from Palau, assistance on-site, pantry supply, boat rental, excursions and sport activities, cleanings, supply of the bed and bathroom linen.
