The main area of Villa La Baia offers a large and bright living room with a loft, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a room with bunk beds and ensuite bathroom, a fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom and independent entrance.

The villa's annex has other two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and sea view, a third double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an independent entrance from the garden.

OUTDOORS

The villa has well-kept gardens with a nice lawn and trees, a roofed veranda with private pool and solarium with a gorgeous view of the whole Porto Cervo bay, and a large gazebo suitable for private parties.

Air conditioning, wide-screen TV with satellite channels, washing machine, dishwashser, private parking, private pool, solarium, gazebo and garden. On request, we can provide an Internet connection by USB modem.

SERVICES

Welcome and assistance service, housekeeper on demand, private chef, babysitter and chauffeur. During customer stay we are available to book excursions, typical dinners, restaurants, private shopping.
