Villa Patrizia is on three levels. 

The main floor has a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and direct access to the garden and private pool, another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and independent access from the garden.

The first floor has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom ensuite and a roofed terrace with sea view.

The garden floor has another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a semi-underground double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (please note: this room does not have any windows).

OUTDOORS

The villa offers a well-kept garden with private pool and sea view, a barbecue area, a large, roofed terrace with table and chairs. The garden consists of a lawn, Mediterranean plants and natural rocks.
