Luna is a stunning brand-new luxury villa. It's a part of a small exclusive complex on the hill of Miata, which overlooks the archipelago of La Maddalena. Goregous beaches such as Liscia di Vacca or the beach of Hotel Pitrizza are only a short drive away.

Every detail of this property has been conceived by skilled architects to ensure privacy, luxury and comfort to its guests: ample gardens surrounding the villa (approx. 5,000 square meters), a large private pool with fantastic nocturnal lighting effects, top-level furnishings, a professional kitchen, and a stunning location.

INDOORS

The villa has three units and one of them is separated from the other two.

The two main units have a large living room with fireplace (approx. 140 square meters), a professional kitchen (approx. 35 square meters), two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The lower level consists of a large room that can serve as a meeting area or extra bedroom and houses the private gym as well. Another double room with ensuite bathroom can serve as quarters for private staff.

The third unit is an annex containing two suites, each one with a private bathroom. It calls to mind the style of Stazzi Galluresi (typical local country manors).

OUTDOORS

The villa boasts a wide lawned garden replete with natural rocks, flowers and trees, a large heated pool (approx. 190 square meters) with solarium. The barbecue area is equipped with a table, chairs, and a full outdoor kitchen. The property also has private parking.
