Villa Karim has wide indoor spaces (about 400 square meters) and is located on three floors:

The main floor has a master bedroom with sea view, direct access to the pool, ensuite bathroom, a vast living room on two levels with fireplace and sitting, dining and TV areas, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a barbecue area.

The first floor has other two master bedrooms, each one with ensuite bathroom and a gorgeous view of the bay of Cala di Volpe.

The garden floor has two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and direct access to the private garden.

OUTDOORS

Large private garden (about 1.800 square meters), a very nice terrace with private pool, and a terrific view of Cala di Volpe and Romazzino.

Starting from Euro 8.200,00 per week.

NOTES

We ask for an extra lump sum to cover the following costs: final cleaning, bed and bathroom linen rental, pool and garden manteinance. Water, gas and energy are charged based on usage. We also require a refundable deposit to cover possible damages.
