Le Dimore di Monte Petrosu are well-kept self-catering apartments located in selected complexes (e.g. Le Rose, I Cervi, Lu Entu) and sharing a reception office on location. They are all good quality and have nice gardens and new or recent furnishings.

Monte Petrosu is a beach resort not far from Olbia and very close to San Teodoro.  All the beaches are gorgeous, as are the Marine Sanctuary of Tavolara and Capo Coda Cavallo. Furthermore, San Teodoro is famous for its nightlife in July and August.

COMPLEXES

The complexes are composed of low buildings on two levels with two apartments each. They have nice gardens and parking facilities. 

APARTMENTS

They all are elegantly furnished. They can be on the ground floor (equipped with a small garden and a roofed veranda) or on the first floor (equipped with a roofed veranda). A TV and washing machine can be arranged for an extra fee.
The apartments are available in the following types:
BILO (sleeps 2/3, two rooms): living room with kitchenette, single sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
BILO (sleeps 4, two rooms): living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
TRILO (sleeps 4, three rooms): living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom (or with bunk beds), bathroom with shower.
TRILO (sleeps 6, three rooms): living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom (or with bunk beds), bathroom with shower.

SERVICES

Welcome and assistance on arrival, linen rental, tourist information, booking of excursions.

SPORTS

San Teodoro and Porto San Paolo offer several possibilities for diving and sailing. The island of Tavolara is the ideal place for snorkelling.

SEA DISTANCE

Approx. 1,000 meters from Cala Girgolu Beach, famous thanks to its bear-shaped rock, and approx. 2,000 meters from Punta Molara Beach.

SHOPPING

500 meters from restaurants and bars, supermarket, pizzeria, newsagent. Other services and shops are available in San Teodoro and Porto San Paolo.

PETS

Small pets are welcome (you will be charged an extra fee for the final cleaning service).
