Residence Bados Mare - Pittulongu - Olbia Print E-mail

Bados Mare is a handsome residence with a private pool and is very close to a gorgeous sandy beach. It is only a short drive from Costa Smeralda Airport.

Pittulongu is the ideal place for sunbathing, relaxing, diving and snorkeling, and the famous nightlife of the Costa Smeralda is just a few kilometers away.

 

Bados Mare is perfectly integrated into its surroundings. All the apartments face a gorgeous private pool and well-kept gardens. Many of them have a nice view of Bados Gulf.

They are brand-new and fully equipped. Standard amenities include a roofed veranda, satellite TV, washing machine, air conditioning, hydromassage shower, and roofed private parking (one car per apartment).

The aparments are available in the following types:
BILO (sleeps 2-3): living room with kitchenette, sleep armchair, double room, ensuite (shower)
BILO (sleeps 4): living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, ensuite (shower)
TRILO (sleeps 6): living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, twin room, ensuite (shower)
TRILO Superior (sleeps 6): as the trilo standard but in small villas

Welcome and assistance on location, linen rental (extra service), tourist information, excursions and typical Sardinian dinner booking (extra services), transfer service from Costa Smeralda Airport (extra service).

Nice private pool with solarium equipped with sunbeds and beach umbrellas.

Pittulongu offers several possibilities for watersports and to rent small boats.

About 300 meters from a great sandy beach.

Nearby, guests can find restaurants, bars, tennis court, supermarket. In Olbia (only a few minutes by car), there are shops and services of every kind.

Small pets are welcome, but guests will be charged an extra fee for the final cleaning service.

COMPULSORY CHARGES
Weekly lump sum per apartment (water, gas, energy consumption and final cleaning):
BILO 2/3 Euro 150,00 - BILO 4 Euro 160,00 - TRILO 6 and 6 S Euro 180,00
Refundable deposit:
Euro 200,00 per apartment that has to settled in cash on arrival and is refundable upon departure (it can be refunded directly to the customer address in case of off-hour departures)

OPTIONAL SERVICES (to be requested at time of booking)
Baby crib rental: Euro 30,00 per week
Extra bed: Euro 50,00 per week
Pets: Euro 30,00 extra on the final cleaning service
Linen rental:
Bedding Euro 10,00 per person per week
Towels Euro 10,00 per person per week

RULES
Arrivals: Saturday from 17:00 to 20:00
Deapartures: Saturday from 08:00 to 10:00
We kindly ask our customers to arrange the appointment ahead of time in case of arrivals outside the scheduled timetable. In case of unarranged appointments outside the scheduled timetible, a penalty of Euro 50,00 will be charged.
