Porto Sa Ruxi and Is Traias apartments are terraced accommodations on the seaside of Villasimius. The apartments of Porto Sa Ruxi are suggested for active holidays thanks to the possibility to practice sports such as diving and canoeing. Is Traias is preferable for a relaxing beach holiday.

COMPLEXES

Both complexes are composed of buildings on a terrain that slopes down to the sea.

APARTMENTS

The apartments are professionaly managed with a central reception office and a beach service (only Porto Sa Ruxi). They are simple and very similar, except for the furnishings, which change in accordance with the preferences of individual owners. They usually are on two or three floors because they are adapted to the steep slope.

Types available:

Two rooms (sleeps 4 - approx. 55 square meters): living room with kitchenette corner, double sofa bed, roofed veranda or small garden. On the first floor, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Some have a second bathroom.
Three rooms (sleeps 6 - approx. 70 square meters): living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, roofed patio or small garden. On the first floor, double bedroom, a second bedroom with twin or bunk beds, bathroom with shower. Some have a second bathroom.
Four rooms (sleeps 8 - approx. 75-100 square meters): living room with kitchenette, single or double sofa bed, bedroom with twin or bunk beds, bathroom. On the first floor, double bedroom, bedroom with twin or bunk beds, bathroom. When they have a third floor, the living room and the kichenette are separate.

SERVICES

Reception office, parking, bar on the beach (only Porto Sa Ruxi). Disco club, supermarket, tobacconist, newsagent (approx. 2 kilometers). Diving center, tennis court and beach service (except Is Traias). Other services are available in the city center of Villasimius (approx. 4 kilometers).

SPORTS

Diving, canoeing, snorkeling, guided dives in the Protected Marine Park of Capo Carbonara.

SEA DISTANCE

From 150 to 400 meters (depending on the apartment's location).
