The complex is about 8 kilometers from Stintino and from the beach of La Pelosa, considered one of the most beautiful Sardinian beaches thanks to its sand and sea colors. The apartments are in terraced, semi-detached and detached villas. Some accommodations have a shared pool, while others have a pool to themselves. The small villas can be on one or two floors and usually the accommodations on the ground floor have a garden (shared or private). The apartments are elegantly furnished. Their standard amenities include TV, roofed veranda with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchenette, parking. They are available in the following types:
VILLA 4 living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Extra bed on request.
VILLA 4 “IN” same features of Villa 4 but with shared pool.
VILLA 6 “IN” living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, shared pool. Extra bed on request.
VILLA 6 “EXCLUSIVE” same features of Villa 6 IN but with a private pool.
VILLA 8 “EXCLUSIVE” living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, loft with double sofa bed and a second bathroom with shower, a private pool. Extra bed on request.
Bar, restaurant and supermarket (please note: this services are privately managed and we cannot guarantee their hours of operation), public shuttle bus to Stintino and the beaches (seasonally working). Stintino (about 8 kilometers from the residence) has shops and services of every kind. Diving, windsurfing, sailing school. About 3 kilometers from Le Saline Beach, where guests may rent the beach umbrellas and the sun beds. In Stintino, there are shops, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, discos and services of every kind. Small pets are welcome (not allowed on the beach and in the common areas). An extra charge for the final cleaning service will be required on arrival. 2012 WEEKLY RATES
