The main part of the complex is a modern building on three floors facing the pool and a private park (about 8,000 sqare meters). Small pedestrian paths cross well-kept gardens and lead to Cala dei Ginepri Bay, where guests may enjoy a gorgeous view of the La Maddalena archipelago. 31 exclusive and spacious rooms are furnished with class. They all have a nice view. Each one is equipped by a roofed balcony or garden overlooking the private park and the pool area. Deluxe: 9 cosy rooms (about 25 sqare meters each) with sea view. In addition to standard equipment, they have a roofed balcony, bathroom with hydromassage and chromotherapy bathub, and separate shower.
Garden deluxe: 2 spacious and superior rooms (about 28 square meters each) with sea view. In addition to standard equipment, they have a private and equipped garden that leads directly to the pool area, private bathroom with hydromassage and chromotherapy bathtub, and separate shower.
Junior suite: 5 exclusive rooms (about 35 square meters each) with sea view. In addition to standard equipment, they have a living room area, private bathroom with hydromassage and chromotherapy bathtub, and separate shower.
Garden Junior suite: unique room (about 35 square meters) with sea view. In addition to standard equipment, it has a private garden that leads directly to the pool area, living room area, wide bathroom with chromotherapy and hydromassage bathtub, and separate shower.
