We find in the north-eastern Sardinia, close to the center of Baja Sardinia, a brand-new complex of 14 quality semi-detached villas located in a quiet place. The complex has a few buildings and spacious lawned gardens. Those features make it the right place for a relaxing vacation in Sardinia, staying very close to a gorgeous sandy beach and emerald sea.
INDOORS Every semi-detached villa (about 110 sqm) is on two levels. We find on the mezzanine a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom. We find on the underground floor (enlightened using light wells) a dining room with kichenette, another bedroom, a bathroom, and a laundry room, OUTDOORS Every semi-detached home has a private garden (about 250-500 sqm) with independent entrance, a roofed veranda with barbecue. MAIN AMENITIES Modern and fully equipped kitchenettes, brand-new furnishings, washing machine, air conditioning, sat TV, barbecue. SLEEPS 6 per home.
