Casa Il Nido (Nest House) is set in a large property of 30 hectares formerly used as granite quarry. All the buildings have been carefully restored and converted into a tourist complex on the sea.

The environment in which Casa Il Nido stands is really unique. The island of La Maddalena has been declared National Park as well as UNESCO World Heritage Site. In particular this stretch of coast still unspoilt, is characterized by spectacular rocky coves which overlook a stunning sea. 

THE ACCOMMODATION

It's very spacious and with its 120 square meters provides excellent comfort. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin with a third extra bed) and a bathroom with shower. A few stairs lead to the mezzanine which has a kitchen that overlooks a nice outdoor BBQ area. The first floor includes a spacious living room with a fireplace and a beautiful terrace with unparalleled sea views.
