Tortora is a brand-new villa with a unique sea view. It offers an extraordinary privacy and an excellent level of amenities. It is located near Baja Sardinia close to beautiful sandy beaches and to a stunning sea.

It can be the ideal solution for a small group looking for a discreet and exclusive holiday home but with a good value for money. Furthermore is children-friendly due to the absence of internal stairs.

The villa

Large, comfortable and newly furnished consists of a nice dining room with bar, lounge area, dining area. The kitchen is separate and equipped with all modern comforts and a small table for breakfast. In the sleeping area there is a double bedroom with ensuite (shower), a bedroom with twin beds, a third bedroom with French bed, another bathroom with shower.

Outdoors

Villa Tortora is surrounded by a large private garden with Mediterranean vegetation, natural granite rocks and olive trees. Its wide roofed veranda is furnished with table and chairs and offers lovely views of the coast.
