Casa Oleandro is the ideal choice for our clients looking for tranquillity even in the busiest months. Despite being close to all services and to the heart of Baia Sardinia center, it ensures privacy and distance from noisy places.

It is the perfect holiday home for two families with small children thanks to the extreme proximity to the sea and to a wide garden surrounding it. It is located in a small village with only a few homes where access is limited to residents only.

The holiday home

Casa Oleandro is a detached villa on one level. Its main entrance leads to a large living room with fireplace, dining area and separate kitchenette. The sleeping area is connected by a short corridor and consists of two double bedrooms, one with ensuite (shower), two double bedrooms (their single beds can be joined), a second bathroom (shower).

Outdoors

A large lawned garden surrounds the villa and offers you the possibility to sunbathe. A roofed veranda with a table, chairs and barbecue area, is ideal for dining alfresco.

Barbecue, alfresco shower, private parking, TV set with local channels. The kitchenette is equipped with oven, hob, sink, hood, washing machine, dishwasher.
