Ginestra is a nice detached holiday home. It has a very exclusive location in a small complex with private access to the beach. It is great for a relaxing vacation in the crowded months of July and August.

Ginestra has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower), a twin bedroom, a second bathroom (shower), a wide living area (on two floors) with sitting and dining corners, a separate kitchenette.

OUTDOORS

It has two roofed terraces (one rear and one overlooking the sea). It is surroundend by a wide garden with palms, pine trees and Mediterranean maquis.

SEA DISTANCE

Approx. 50 meters from a sandy cove facing the tourist port of Cannigione. The local beach is accessible only to a few guests of the complex.

SHOPPING

Baja Sardinia (a few minutes by car) has shops, restaurants and all the main services.

SPORTS

Sailing, diving, snorkeling are all possible nearby.

Rates are inclusive of water, gas, energy consumption, bed and bathroom linen.

We cannot book the weeks from the 6th to the 20th August separately.
