I Glicini is an ancient building completely restored according to the tradition of the old Sardinian manors. The rooms and the courtyard are in typical Sardinian style. In the house, there are many antiques and a small museum that collects items used in the ancient times by Sardinian shepherds and farmers. 

Every detail of I Glicini is conceived to make guests stay a unique experience: the charming and warm ambience, the perfume of the ancient wood and of the plants in the courtyard in the core of the building. , Thanks to its historic and artistic value, the whole building is protected by the Italian Ministry of Culture.

The rooms of I Glicini are ample and comfortable. Every room is different from the others but they all have a private bathroom with shower and air conditioning. There is also a junior suite with a small sitting room and a bathroom with bathtub.

Surroundings

San Vito is one of the main municipalities of the Sarrabus-Gerrei area. This part of Sardinia is half way between the eastern and the southern coasts. The Sarrabus-Gerrei area is characterised by wonderful coasts, pristine nature, the several Nuraghe archeological sites, and the interesting food and wine traditions. In the Villasalto municipality, not far from San Vito, it is possible to taste the extraordinary cuisine of the Paolo Perella Restaurant. The chef, internationally famous, prepares ancient Sardinian recipes with his personal and original touch and using only the best Sardinian food. The southeastern coast of Sardinia is really gorgeous with its rocky and sandy coves overlooking a wonderful sea.
