Near San Pantaleo, a small village of north eastern Sardinia and renowned as a favourite place for famous artists, we find a stunning manor formed by two adjoining properties but totally independent between them (they don’t share neither the entrance).

The one we are offering is composed by three single houses sharing a wide private garden (about 4.000 sqm) that has  in the middle a big private pool with solarium.

INDOORS

First House

The bigger one (about 130 sqm). It has a living room, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wide gallery and two terraces (about 160 sqm).

Second House

The medium one (about 90 sqm). It has two living rooms (one with fireplace and another one with dining area) a sleeping corner in the living area, a kitchenette, two bathrooms, a cellar with toilette and shower, a terrace (about 60 sqm).

Third House (dependance separated from the main area - near the pool)

The small one (about 34 sqm). It has a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a small terrace (about 17,5 sqm).

OUTDOORS

We find outdoors a private park (about 4,000 sqm) that hosts in the middle a private pool (about 60 sqm) with solarium. It has also many terraces with a stunning sea view.

Sat TV (in the two main houses), fully equipped kitchenettes, private pool, private park, wide terraces with a gorgeous view on the coast or surrounding nature, barbecues, bar corner near the pool, many enchanting and relaxing corners.

The village of San Pantaleo (about 1,000 metres away) guarantees all the main services. It offers several typical markets, and cultural entertainments really appreciated during high season months.

THE SEA

We find a beautiful coast just 4 kilometres away and it's the typical one of northern east Sardinia. Its stunning sandy coves, cliffs, and a turquoise or emerald sea water are unique features you will not find somewhere else. All the most famous Costa Smeralda beaches are just a few minutes driving away.
